1. Eligibility
- Individuals, companies, and agencies may participate as creators, subject to KYC and role rules.
- Creators aged 13–17 require verified guardian consent before earning or withdrawing (see Minor Addendum).
- You must have rights to the content you submit and comply with advertising disclosure requirements.
2. Campaign participation
- Tracking period: 7–30 days, selected by the Brand at campaign creation (or until campaign end, whichever is earlier).
- Only views during the tracking window count toward CPM earnings. After the window closes, additional views may remain visible but do not increase payout.
- Minimum payout: if your final earning for a submission is below the campaign minimum, payout for that submission is HK$0 and the submission may be disqualified at settlement.
- Maximum payout: earnings stop at the campaign maximum even if views continue to grow.
- Do not run paid promotion/Boost on submitted content during tracking unless the campaign explicitly allows it.
- Disconnecting Instagram during active campaigns may forfeit pending earnings for affected reels.
3. Earnings and fees
- CPM earnings = verified views ÷ 1,000 × campaign CPM rate, subject to caps and pool limits.
- Platform service fee: 20% of applicable creator earnings, deducted when you withdraw (not at campaign join).
- Self-fee / reimbursement campaigns are campaign-specific; do not assume reimbursement unless expressly stated.
4. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: HK$100. You may only request a payout when your available wallet balance is HK$100 or more, and each request must be for at least HK$100.
- Processing: up to 14 working days after approval.
- KoLink bears FPS bank/payment processing fees when FPS is used.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. You are an independent contractor, not a KoLink employee.
5. Anti-fraud and appeals
Buying views, likes, bots, or artificial engagement is prohibited. KoLink may flag, hold, disqualify submissions, or restrict accounts using automated and human review.
You may submit one appeal within 7 days of the decision notice, including your reason and supporting evidence. KoLink will review in good faith having regard to available records. Fraud-related earnings may be cancelled; genuine settled earnings normally remain withdrawable subject to investigation, lawful set-off, or confirmed overpayment rules.
6. Content
You retain copyright unless a separate buyout is accepted (Buyout Terms). You grant brands a limited licence for campaign promotion during the campaign period unless buyout terms say otherwise.
