By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

KoLink provides web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), hosting, and ongoing maintenance and support.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed in writing.

Project fees are set out in your quote or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, project work may require a deposit before we begin, with the balance due at agreed milestones.

Recurring services such as hosting and maintenance are billed on a subscription basis. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.

We'll deliver the work described in your agreed scope. Requests outside that scope may affect timelines and costs and will be quoted separately before any additional work begins.

You agree to provide the content, access, feedback, and approvals we need in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect delivery dates.

You confirm that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks, which remain owned by their respective owners or by us.

We may showcase the work we create for you in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Where you subscribe to hosting and maintenance, we aim for a 99.9% uptime target but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control.

Maintenance covers updates, security, monitoring, and minor changes as defined in your plan. Larger changes are quoted separately.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citations, traffic, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the relevant agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
